I had received payment almost 55% and also balance payment and home loan sanction letter is ready and submitted to site office on 5th September 2011. balance cheque also deposited by 20th September 2011. but site office not sent for clearance. I am continuously visiting site for Registration and other documents which are to be submitted to home loan branch at kharghar but site people are delaying the further process and t had all of sudden had started to ask me to pay interests for late payments as I had found late home loan sanction two month. I had told to provide me interest details and letters to me but not even gave us any letter They call me alternate day and sometimes not meet or some time not available at site. this is going on almost from last 60 days. And I had almost 45 visit had made to your site site office. I am very disappointed and sad because of regular absent from my work and also financial losses in earnings and also very sad, depressed, with their behavior. Therefore I decided to meet with you and clear the problems and came to your Vashi office last week almost 4 times and on Sunday waited two hrs. you were not available so requested receptionist madam to arrange to talk and appointment with you. Sapna Madam from your office called me heard our problems and told us she will bring my file and talk with you and positively solve problem and if needed will arrange meeting very soon. And told once again to meet with Mr. Vijay Bhai sir. I had again met with Mr. Viajy Bhai and he again started to call me every alternate day at 5 PM I reached your office at time as per his instruction and called but told to come again and no proper solution had suggested us.

Sir we trust very in you policy very much confident we have red your this policy ''policy of honest and transparent dealing and a mission to maintain mutually beneficial relationship with buyers, investors, associates and employees. Small wonder then, that an enterprise built on such a strong foundation would flourish rapidly. Sir I am not understanding the any reason and I also told to sit for final meeting and ready to pay if any minor charges / late payments to be paid from my end.
