1) Asif, at this point please just forget about pt 16, for now just make it

that the forum should show all documents from all schools. Please
change it back to how it was.

2) For Miscellaneous, please make it its own category instead of a subcategory for
homework. Also please make the Miscellaneous function in the forum section,
and when it is clicked, the browse section should have the following search
options: Type, Professor, Class, Term Year. Type should contain its options:
Outline, Syllabus, Equation Sheet, Other.

3) - also put the the type under Miscellaneous and make them links on forum
page. Also take the overlapping subcategories from Homework that are in
Miscellaneous.

4) The ipaper does not work right now, I have uploaded many docs, and none are
working. Also please do not forget that ipaper should be able to convert may
extensions, (doc, docx ppt, pptx, pps, xls, xlsx, pdf, ps, odt, odp, sxw,
sxi, txt, rtf, jpg, png, gif, tiff).

5) The description should be a link rather than a small text box. And the link should
be placed to the right of whatever category is chosen. When the link is clicked,
than a discussion box should appear. However, for essay please take away the
description box that is there right now because there is no need for 2 description
boxes.

- Also whatever is written in the description box should be written


in the listing. It should be written write below author.

If lecture notes is chosen than for the Date section of Month/Date please
write to the write of it: (Optional). Also if a year is picked and for the
calender a date is picked, when it is listed, the year does not show,
please fix this problem. Please also change this for the “edit” link that is listed
on every document page.

7) If a Class Title is chosen, than it should appear to the right of the Class
Listings in the Networks.
8) If 2 or more docs are uploaded please do not put any restrictions of what
they have to fill out on the first page.
9) Instead of Abbrev – Full name (Optional) (i.e. Phys – Physics ), please just write
i.e. Phys and instead of Department write “Department Abbreviation.”
10) PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS POINT, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!! I WAS
GOING TO GIVE YOU ABOUT 2 THOUSAND DEPARTMENTS TO EMBED,
BUT INSTEAD I WANT YOU TO DO THIS. Make a program in which the
Departments that are embedded are based off what Department is already
entered in that school, and when it matches a part of a search it should
highlight it. This should also go for Class ID, Professor, and Class Title.

12) The rating that is listed in

does not work. Also please change the user image of the author to the one
that is uses in the discussion board or profile. And also bring together the
date (August 22) the space is too long.

11) For lecture notes please set the default of the professor to “All professors.
12) When only 1 doc is chosen the title should list like:

- as you can see the difference is the title should above even university.

13) University should be changed to “School”.


14) For textbooks when you click the subject it doesn’t take you to the next
page where it lists all the textbooks from that subject.
15) Please take away the reply link if on a persons own comments.
16) The University option should not only have the school that the user goes to, but
also all the other schools that are in database that have been entered by users. It
should also be in order.
17) The “Back to top” link should take the individual to the top of the page, not
to information.
18) The Last Post does not work for textbook solutions.
19) For admin section, if the user submits a textbook solution, than when the admin
clicks on the actual document itself it should take them to textbook solutions so
they can assign, subject, book, problem etc.
By “Publishing Options” at the post section, there should an advanced link. Once the
link is clicked it a list should appear with the following options:
1) Public Domain
2) Attribution
3) Attribution-No Derivative
4) Attribution-Noncommercial
5) Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike
6) Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative
7) Traditional Copyright: All Rights Reserved

please refer to coursehero for this. Go to the post section and you will see the symbols
associated also with each pick. Also which ever one they pick should be displayed by
where the doc is displayed at the information section below professor.
20) Please make the page indicator functional.
21) Please ask the designer to change the + sign in networks when they want to
search the professors. Also please change the search tab to a nicer one and put the
schools in order.
22) Instead of By Course in the frame in Networks it should say Search Docs By
Course
23) Also the default should always be set to the school they go to and when they
click networks it should automatically show all the Departments of their school
which is in default without use having to press search.
