Conditions

All jumping classes will be judged in accordance to BSJA rules The committee reserve the right to refuse any entry or alter the schedule without assigning a reason or without prior notice. No entry will be refunded unless the secretary is notified in writing not later than 48hrs prior to the commencement of the show. No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure that members of the public are not put at risk of injury. Galloping/cantering in non-competitive areas is strictly forbidden; failure to comply could mean ejection from the show without refund of entries. Hard hats conforming to BS EN1384, ASTMF1163, PAS 015 must be worn with the chin strap securely fastened at all times when mounted. Riding or Jodhpur boots must be worn when mounted; no spikes or studded shoes may be worn by handlers. The correct standard of dress must be worn in all classes i.e. Jacket and jodhpurs. All riders must ensure that long hair is tied back above the collar.

10. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of an incident & accompanied by a 20 deposit, which is returned should the objection be sustained. 11. All persons on the show field attend/compete at their own risk, the committee and land owners are not responsible for any incident may occur to any horse, rider, dog, handler, spectator, vehicles or property. 12. Where age is mentioned, proof of age may be required. 13. All ridden horses must be 4yrs and over. 14. All competitors are expected to be suitably insured for all events. 15. The show organisers strongly recommend that after any fall a visit to the medical centre is made before continuing. 16. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions or the wishes of the show officials may result in ejection from the field without refund of entries. 17. The decision of the committee on any point not covered above is FINAL

Class 37 2.7 CHAPS (UK) Open Ridden Qualifier


This show is affiliated to The Coloured Horse & Pony Society (UK). Both owner and the rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse or pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to compete. The CHAPS (UK) Championship Show will be held on 29th-31st August 2013. Shows held on or after date of Championship Show will count as 2014 qualifiers. Members to apply in writing to CHAPS (UK) for appropriate qualifier card. The following classes are CHAPS (UK) Qualifiers class 35, 36 and 37. For full rulings and information on competition/qualification, please refer to the CHAPS (UK) Members Handbook; or visit www.chapsuk.com for rulings. All stallions entering these classes must be graded or valid First Stage Approved with CHAPS (UK). First stage approved stallions are NOT permitted to enter HOYS Qualifiers. All stallions must wear Stallion ID Discs in the ring.

Restricted to Palominos, Cremellos, Appaloosas and Duns. Need not be registered; no height restriction. Must hold Weatherbys passport and have raced or been in training. Racehorse may be retrained in any discipline and show may include a jump where appropriate.

Jumping to be done in Ring B Class 11a 2 phase. Entry fee 14 to cover both dressage and jumping. Maximum 15 Entries. Classes 38 to 44 are kindly sponsored by Timsbury Workshop Estate Classes 39, 40, and 43 are qualifiers for Cricklands Dressage Championship of Great Britain on Friday 4th- Sunday 6th October 2013. To qualify you must achieve 58% or over in either class.

DOG SHOW RULES
1. No claim can be entertained for any accident and/or loss which may occur to Competitors, Handlers, Spectators or Dogs in connection with or arising out of this Show. It shall be a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organisers and the committee against any legal action arising from such accident or loss. 2. The Judges decision in all classes and events will be final. 3. The Organisers reserve the right to alter classes as necessary. 4. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. 5. Puppies under the age of 6 months are NOT eligible for entry in ANY of the classes. 6. NO bitches in season PLEASE. 7. Entry fees are not refundable.
