PRESS NOTE
In compliance with the directions dated 03.12.2012 passed by the Honble Punjab & Haryana High
Court in LPA No. 1338 of 2012 titled as - Haryana Public Service Commission Vs. Jitender Kumar &
anothers and all other connected LPAs, the revised result of HCS (Ex.Br.) Preliminary Examination
2011 conducted on 25.03.2012 has been prepared on percentile basis in accordance with the lines
stated in the Affidavit dated 03.12.2012 filed by HPSC. In addition to those candidates who have
already been declared qualified for the Main Examination of HCS (Ex.Br.) & Other Allied Services in
the result declared on 04.05.2012, the candidates bearing the following Roll Numbers who appeared
in HCS (Ex.Br.) Preliminary Examination 2011 have also qualified for the Main Examination of HCS
(Ex.Br.) & Other Allied Services subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions. The Roll Numbers
given below are in ascending order and category-wise and not in order of merit.

Application Forms for the Main examination are being dispatched by 4th February, 2013 at
their last available addresses through registered posts. Those candidates who have changed their
postal addresses may contact commissions office immediately. The above mentioned candidates
are directed to submit their application forms duly filled in to the Commissions office at personal
level / through bearer or through registered post/ courier etc. upto 14th Feb, 2013 by 5:00 p.m.
positively, failing which their application forms will not be entertained and shall be rejected
outrightly. Commission will not be responsible for any delay on the part of postal authority / courier
etc. The main examination will be held after 15th of March, 2013.
Note:
1.

While preparing the result due care has been taken. However, any inadvertent error
cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves its right to rectify any error at a later
stage.
