At least fifteen (15) years of working experience in Construction Management preferably in Oil and Gas facilities of which 5 years minimum as Senior Project Manager. Strong project risk assessment, proven track record and experienced in project management. Maintain the financial health of multiple projects by ensuring their project activities are completed within timeframe and planned budget. Control costs, ensure optimum utilization of available resources, suggest cost-reduction solutions and minimizing wastage. Analyses and interprets post-projects data and recommend changes to improve performance and profit baseline. Must be a mature person with ability to organize, proactive, motivate, and make timely decisions, resolve issues and recommend improvements. Must be familiar with relevant design codes/standards and acceptable oil/gas industry construction practices and procedures. 2. PROJECT MANAGER A graduate Degree in Engineering Minimum 10 years working experience in engineering and construction of oil and gas facilities in general and in engineering and construction of offshore platforms. Must have held the position of Project Manager for at least 2 similar projects. Should be able to manage interfaces between various project phases including design, procurement, construction, offshore transportation & installation, hook-up and commissioning. Have the ability to organize and direct construction management activities so as to meet the schedule, quality and safety requirements of the projects.

3. SENIOR QAQC MANAGER Engineering graduate or equivalent/relevant degree Minimum of fifteen (15) years working experiences in the engineering and construction of oil and gas industry, particularly in the offshore platforms and facilities projects. Should be familiar with welding, non-destructive testing and relevant Codes and Standards. Should be able to plan, organize, coordinate and delegate the workforce for the execution of quality control and inspection.

4. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER A graduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Engineering Minimum 15 years' experience in fabrication/construction of offshore platforms and facilities. Must have managed at least two (2) similar projects involving fabrication of major substructures and topsides. Have the ability to lead the fabrication team, organize and direct all activities pertaining to the fabrication works so as to meet the schedule, quality and safety requirements of the project.

5. SENIOR INTEGRITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER Engineering graduate or equivalent/relevant degree Minimum of ten (10) years working experiences offshore/onshore oil and gas facilities project involving project QAQC. Responsible for developing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and other project procedures for document control, change control, material control/inspection/testing, material Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's) and ensure the PQP/procedures are implemented during the project. Responsible to all project documentation, timely update all drawings, procedures, and ensure the project and construction group will use only the latest information, drawings, vendor data and other documentation. Must be familiar with the quality requirements of the ISO or equivalent standards.

6. PROJECT ENGINEER Possess a recognized Bachelor Science or Bachelor Engineering degree in a relevant branch of engineering. At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in supervision and fabrication work of similar oil and gas offshore substructures and topside facilities. Have ability to organize and direct all activities pertaining to the works so as to meet the schedule, quality and safety requirements of the project.

7. PLANNING ENGINEER A graduate degree in engineering Minimum five (5) years of working experience as a project planning in construction for onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities. Must be familiar and know how to operate the planning software system, e.g. Artemis 7000/Primavera Version 6, for planning and scheduling. Should be able to understand the sequence of offshore platform fabrication and ensure that the manpower loading is sufficient at all levels within the fabrication period, coordinate various discipline as well as producing progress reports and all other planning documents and reports.

8. CONTRACT ENGINEER/ADMINISTRATOR Possess a degree in engineering or quantity surveying or other relevant degree. Minimum five (5) years of working experience as a Contract Engineer/Administrator in fabrication/construction for onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities. Must well versed in contract administration and able to prepare progress payment claims, submission of proposal, etc.

9. QA/QC ENGINEER A graduate degree in Engineering Minimum eight (8) years of working experience in QA/QC functions in construction of onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities. Knowledgeable in welding and NDT, AWS/ASME/ANSI Codes and other industry codes and standards including oil company engineering specifications and basic practices. Must have experience in similar capacity and capable of developing and implementing the QA/QC Plan effectively.

10. HSE ENGINEER Degree holder Minimum of eight (8) years working experience in construction of onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities and/or petrochemical plants. Must have DOSH certification and have sufficient training in industrial health and occupational safety.

11. QA/QC COORDINATOR Degree/Diploma in Engineering Minimum ten (10) years working experience in engineering and construction of oil and gas/marine/infrastructure facilities.

12. HOOK-UP & COMMISIONING COORDINATOR Degree/Diploma in Engineering At least eight (8) years of working experience in onshore fabrication and offshore hook-up and commissioning with experience in coordinating onshore and offshore work. Able to plan. Organize, coordinate as well as delegate the workforce for successful completion of the project.

13. LEAD DISCIPLINE ENGINEER (Mechanical/Electrical/Structural/Instrument/Piping/Process) Possess recognized Bachelor Engineering Degree in relevant branch of engineering Be a professional Engineer and registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or recognized International Institution At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in project planning, supervision and design work associated with

14. 15. DISCIPLINE ENGINEER (Mechanical/Electrical/Structural/Instrument/Piping/Process) Possess recognized Bachelor Engineering Degree in relevant branch of engineering Must be registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or recognized International Institution At least five (5) years of relevant experience in engineering and design of substructures and topsides facilities.

16. DESIGN COORDINATOR Possess recognized diploma/certificate in engineering or similar qualification At least fifteen (15) years of relevant design/drafting experience in the engineering and design of substructures and topsides facilities.

17. NAVAL ARCHITECTS Possess recognized Bachelor Science in Naval Architect or Bachelor Science in any engineering field Minimum five (5) years working experience in Marine Industry or oil&gas.

18. SCHEDULER/ PLANNER Diploma in Engineering Minimum five (5) years of working experience in offshore oil and gas facilities projects. Must be proficient in preparation of detailed planning packages/work packages (including job card system), and performing progress measurement and monitoring. Must be knowledgeable and proficient in the use of standard software programs used in developing bar charts, CPN and S-Curve schedules.

19. SENIOR WELDING ENGINEER A graduate degree in engineering (Metallurgy or Mechanical) Minimum ten (10) years welding engineering experience in the construction of oil and gas facilities. Must possess expertise and hands-on knowledge in developing the WPS, WPQT and WPQR. Experience in NDT interpretation and requirements. Must be knowledgeable of AWS/ASME/ANSI Codes and other applicable industry codes and standards including typical Oil Company engineering specifications and basic practices.

20. WELDING ENGINEER A graduate degree in engineering (Metallurgy or Mechanical) Minimum eight (8) years welding engineering experience in the construction of oil and gas facilities. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (Structural/Mechanical & Piping/Electrical & Instrument/Welding) A graduate degree in engineering and have a minimum ten (10) years of working experience in construction works for onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities with minimum two (2) projects. OR A High School Certificate holder with a minimum fifteen (15) years of direct experience in the fabrication of substructures and topsides facilities. Must possess strong leadership skills and hands-on knowledge in structural fabrication and mechanical/equipment installation work. Must be safety conscious and proficient in daily planning and look-ahead activities and can effectively work to meet the project schedule.

22. QC INSPECTOR (Mechanical/Electrical/Structural/Instrument/Piping/Blasting & Painting/NDT)

Inspector for the various discipline shall have attained the following qualification:o o o o Welding/Piping - AWS or CSWIP 3.1 Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation - Vocational certificate NDT - ASNT Level II, CSWIP Blasting/Painting - IMM Certificate

23. QUANTITY SURVEYOR Possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant engineering degree/professional qualification. Minimum five (5) years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor in fabrication/construction for onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities. Should be able to prepare Change Order Proposals, payment Claims, etc. 24. DIMENSIONAL SURVEYOR A graduate in surveying with five (5) years working experience in related discipline with minimum three (3) years as Dimensional Surveyor. Must have work in similar fabrication of offshore platform and facilities. 25. DESIGNER (Mechanical/Electrical/Structural/Instrument/Piping) Possess recognized diploma/certificate in engineering or similar qualification At least ten (10) years of relevant design/drafting experience in the field of oil and gas. 26. DRAFTPERSON Possess recognized diploma/certificate in engineering or similar qualification At least three (3) years of relevant design/drafting experience in the field of engineering. 27. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE (OHN) Possess Diploma in Nursing Minimum three (3) years relevant working experiences Must be registered with Malaysia Nursing Board Occupational Health Nurse certificate from NIOSH will be added advantage
