Executive Summary:
The main objective of this report is to recapitulate my internship job and to be familiar with practical aspect of the theoretical knowledge gained in a classroom. This report is the part of my internship, required by University of Management and Technology for the fulfillment of the MBA (Eve) program. This is mainly focused on the job of an internee in Tariq Plastico During the internship period I have learned examining accounting records, Give detail about of different type of account, Fill new opening account .Overall I found my internship program very satisfactory and helpful and gained a practical knowledge about an accounting firm.

Marketing Department: The marketing department of Tariq Plastico is responsible for creating, preparing, and establishing marketing strategies and policies for each product by coordinating the efforts of publicity, promotion, advertising, online and sales. The marketing department of Tariq Plastico is responsible for the following functions: Preparing all sales presentation materials for consumer explain what can help u to product what on cheap rates Creating pricing strategies. Researching and establishing relations with new markets. Measuring the effectiveness of strategies once completed

Internet Marketing: There are users who are active users. They are in continues contact with www i.e web. These users try to find the solutions through internet. As we are also working online marketing activities in which its website is there www.tariqplastico.com .we promote the company through online medium too for both local and international markets. For this we will focus on following activities through which we will place online advertisement too. Search Engine Marketing Search Engine Optimization Social Media Marketing

Production Department: The production department of Tariq Plastico coordinates the production and manufacturing of each product line. Production acts as a liaison between leader, managing officer, design, production and outside vendors to create and distribute the final product. Daily activities for the department include: Trafficking of all materials form input to output. Following up on late ( special schedules) Estimating of production costs. Negotiating with suppliers. Assisting on special projects as necessary.

Sale Department: Tariq Plastico used integrated accounts system as by software name Peachtree all the system is online and accumulated with each other. They got 12 People in place 6 remain in office and other six are on filed so they visit office to ofiice to increase the sale of tariq plstico.

Accounts Department: They got computerized accounts system and they used the software Peachtree to see which sale is increase or not or profit and loss statement and other to the main incharge is Khurrum

My Learning about my business (how, whom, and why envirment change the situation of business)
Over business is business on factor of following which I learn that envirment play a big role is plastic business so following is how and what and due to whom the envirment is effective and what play positive and negative role

External Environment The major forces outside the organization that have the potential to significantly influence the likely success of products or services. These Different factors are as below.

Technological element

It includes the different technological factor that we use in the operation of our organization. The technology that we have used in Tariq Plastico is import from the China and Pakistan.(Blow or Injection)

Political element It includes the effect of different political situation of Pakistan and how much they are effecting the Tariq Plastico. like Karachi war destroy the day as its hub of plastic polymer

Economic element Third element of the external environment is the economic element because if the economy of the country is not good so the people of the country would like to saving and for that we are providing economical products.

Legal element Each organization has to obey the laws of that particular country where the organization exist. In Pakistan government has make strict rules if they give some relaxation to the business man then they can worked properly and through this Tariq Plastico can also do good business.

Internal environment
The internal environment is the environment that affects the organizational operations directly. These elements are as follows. Customers Competitors Workers Supplier Customers

What I thinks that the customers are the first element of the internal environment that are the responsible of the success and failure of the any organization and we have to provide them complacent knowledge about the product quality and so on.

Competitors Another element of the internal environment of the Tariq Plastico that can affect the success of the company is competitors through their different strategies.

Workers Workers are the main element of the internal environment because they are the responsible for the success or failure of the any organization.

Suppliers Hey are also the main elements of the organization that can affect the operation of the organization in very well manner. Tariq Plastico is also making such king of strategies through which they can make a good relation with them.

Country culture Tariq Plastico has made some value related to their culture and always follows them in their organization. These factor or value is as below. Follow the ethic. Increase the value of customer. Increase the integrity. Use fair dealing. Be honest to our customer. Follow legal rule. Team work. Better customer service.

After that they also follow the rules and regulations and as well as the culture of that particular countries in which they are operating their business.

I have seen following improvement in me while working in Tariq Plastico which are as below. Interpersonal Communication skills. Skilled & capable of Working under pressure. Working in Teams with skillful techniques. Managing the modern day Business needs. Working with the Professional team.

Goals for next Three years As I already have share before in Tariq Plastico is improving day by day while facing so much competition and economic instability and new entries we want to make that company well reputed and well known company with a big market share and also introducing online marketing and order giving facilities. We are also looking forward to make good relations with our suppliers and distributors so we can provide products to customers on suitable prices and can bear minimum cost to increase profitability and in next three years we will expand the operation and portfolio of that company whole importing material from China.

Skilled what are important for my business: To achieve our goals we will use the following strategies which are as below. 1. Pricing Strategy Pricing strategy plays very important role to acquire market share where giant competitors are already working and moving ahead. Tariq Plastico has implemented low pricing strategies to reach its objectives. Pakistans mostly population contains on Middle class and working class people. In this view the low pricing strategy of Tariq Plastico gets attention of many customers.

2. Promotion For the promotion of product, print media, electronic media, broachers and leaflets will has been utilized for the awareness of various customers. Time to time, Tariq Plastico promotes its products to their users and general public via using various type of promotion channels. Through the advertisements people get awareness about the product and are able to choose the best product 3. Market Differentiation We will try to provide a product with different and unique features and will do positioning accordingly.

4. Competitive Strategies To cope up with the growing competition, Tariq Plastico are also working to compete with their competitor time by time, for this we take update information about market and our competitors so we can respond accordingly 5. Best Supply Chain We will make good relation with our both supplier and distributor so we can work for mutual gain and in the best way with unique strategies to compete in the market and to reduce to cost as well; we are also looking for international resources too.

Communication is essential in any Plastic business as for chemical reaction. The most common jobs in Tariq Plastico are as a credit analyst as to provide credit policy to consumer re 100 plus for 15 days credit. These jobs require a strong understanding of accounting.

Listening is main tool to get information. You have got the information then you should make decision. So firstly listen to your customer issues and what he wants from us and then solve those issues. Customer satisfaction is more important for any Tariq Plastico.

Decision Making: Simple decisions usually need a simple decision-making process. But difficult decisions typically involve issues like these: Uncertainty - Many facts may not be known. Complexity - You have to consider many interrelated factors. High-risk consequences - The impact of the decision may be significant. Alternatives - Each has its own set of uncertainties and consequences. Interpersonal issues - It can be difficult to predict how other people will react.

The ability to make decisions is also an asset to an employer. Decision making and reasoning involve gathering information, evaluating a variety of solutions, and selecting the best option The best way to make a complex decision is to use an effective way. Decision Making usually lead to consistent, high-quality results and they can improve the quality of almost everything (

Consumer Care They have not work on consumer care as the overall department is miss and the consumer complain handling is not done properly .so they should developed it and stratification is everything for Consumer business.

Technology They got online system but the technology we used is well old they should use latus computer and equipment after all is for development of business.

Conclusion:
My internship experience has given me a practical preview of business administration. Now I feel that I am better prepared to enter the world of professional work. I have come to know and been appreciated by a number of professionals who are lending their services to the administration field. I feel honored that I have worked with such experienced professionals. Each task I performed was a different experience in itself. By the end of it, I must say I realize my potentials, I have realized that earning money is not so easy after all, it takes a lot of hard work and devotion, and not to forget time. And now I know that if I want I can make things possible, and I also know how good it feels to having accomplished something and being appreciated for it. I definitely have learnt things, which will impact my career and my character. The overall experience of my internship was very good; I have learnt the sense of responsibility in its literal meaning. I am now capable of dealing with different sort of people, and how to be patient while doing so.
