Description
Single-component polyurethane foam The foam is easily extruded either by hand or gun and hardens via chemical reaction with atmospheric humidity.

Installation information - Hand Foam

Shake cartridge before use Hold cartridge upside down when extruding foam. Foam yield (free foaming) up to 40 litres. Resistance to temperature of hardened foam: -30 C to +80 C. Non-tacky after approx. 8 minutes, load-bearing after approx. 6-12 hours, fully hardened after 24 hours (all details based on temperature of +20 C).

Extrude with a choice of foam gun (refer to page 145) Foam yield (free foaming) up to 40 litres. Resistance to temperature of hardened foam: -30 C to +80 C. Non-tacky after approx. 8 minutes, load-bearing after approx. 6-8 hours, fully hardened after 24 hours (all details based on temperature of +20 C).

Description
Single-component PU foam The foam hardens as a reaction to atmospheric humidity.

Installation tips

Suitable as fountain foam (test report available). Wet base surface if atmospheric humidity is low. Shake cartridge before use. Hold valve downwards when extruding foam. General test certificate from building authorities: P - NDS04 - 136.

Resistance to temperature of hardened foam: -30 C to +80 C. Non-tacky after approx. 10 minutes, can be cut after approx. 25 minutes, load-bearing after approx. 3 hours, completely hardened after approx 5-8 hours (all details based on temperature of +20 C).

Fire retardent foam can be used in situations where a joint must conform to fire ratings DIN 4102 GRADE B2 BS476. It is essential to use fischer B2 foam containing fire retardent additives. In addition the foam MUST be protected from direct contact with flames by means of an acrylic sealant from the fischer Fire Barrier range.

Description
Single-component, acid curing silicone (Acetoxy) sealant for general purpose use. Combines strong adhesion with maximum flexibility. (Up to 25% movement capability). Fungicidal, ideal for wet rooms, bathrooms, kitches etc. Compensates for any unevenness, preventing surface preparation in advance. Highly stable and permanently flexable. Resistant to ageing and weathering. No risk to health.

Installation tip

Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with a solvent and a clean, lint free cloth. A preliminary compatibility test is recommended for unusual surfaces. Multi silicone should not be used on substrates such as marble, sandstone, concrete, fibrous cement and mortar as it releases acetic acid during vulcanization. Should not be used on metals such as lead, copper, brass or zinc due to corrosion.

Description
A one-component plasto-elastic sealant based on an acrylic polymer fischer fire barrier IA is formulated for interior and exterior joints which require a fire resistance of up to 4 hours. Silicone cleaning agent DSE


OVERVIEW Description
Special product for removal of residual silicone traces Stable gel, preventing any escape from vertical joints. Complete removal of all residual silicone traces.
