Dutch stainless steel tank manufacturer Holvrieka has taken over a major part of the ZIEMANN Group. In addition to the Ludwigsburg site and the production facility in Buergstadt, several international sales offices were also part of the takeover. Holvrieka merged the operations it purchased into a new company called ZIEMANN International GmbH. The newly-created company now faced the challenge of updating the SAP system landscape to reflect its founding as a legal entity.
