4. Some twenty five years ago, Robert Greenleaf spoke and wrote about servant leadership. How do you understand, apply and verify it in your life up to now? According to Pattersons working theory of servant leadership, the definition of servant leadership is as follows: Servant leaders are those who serve with a focus on the followers, whereby the followers are the primary concern and the organizational concerns are peripheral. Effective leader is able to grasp the relevant information and create a yardstick for accessing the Performance of the organization as a whole.
