Keys to Success -the VELEMA Company used different strategies that will implement their continuous success in the business world. VELEMA used mass customization with different quality in order to give the wants of every customers. -also to give and to cater good service so that customers will come back again and support us with continuous patronage. We also give our products high quality ingredients and meticulous tests to ensure satisfaction among our customers. Mission -to produce an innovative product that will be competitive and dynamic and was created with high quality ingredients in an affordable price. -to continue to introduce and produce products that caters and satisfies the customers need. II. Company Summary Company Ownership - The VELEMA Scents Inc. is a micro-perfumery from Olongapo City, Philippines that has been bewitching minds and ensnaring the senses since September 2012. The VELEMA Scents is owned by 3 budding entrepreneurs, respectively Mr. Venice R. Padua, Ms. Maricris Callo and Mrs.Leira Yumol. Start-Up Summary - The VELEMA Scents Inc. started as a school project and presentation in their 3rd Year in College. When the dry run was successful in the school, they decided to launched it as a home-made perfume. When the product became successful and in-demand they branched out in the vast business world and as they say The Rest is History. Company Location and Facilities - The Company is located at 27 Luna St.Banicain Olongapo City, Philippines. The perfume workshop is also located in the same place. However the manufacturing facilities are located around the country to satisfy the growing demand.

III. PRODUCTS The name EVENING BUTTERFLY symbolizes that whoever wears it will be as REGAL as a butterfly but still shows your Wild Side . It strikes a perfect balance between alluring, sophisticated, and flirty so you can air confidence all night long. The Fragrance is a combination of light florals with an ethereal, charming allure. The bottle opens up a citrusy burst that reveals a rosy heart. The Ylang-Ylang blends in perfect harmony with the pink rose and creates a sweet exotic scent but has an edgy character that lingers all night.

IV. MARKET ANALYSIS SUMMARY Market Segmentation - The target market is the young female population of the country aged 16 to 40 who enjoys luxury, sophistication and goes out at night. The aim of this product is to attract more customers who are young and energetic and confident. Target Market Segment Strategy - This scent clearly recognizes that the customer comes first. All the actions and strategies are focused on customer satisfaction. We have gained competitive advantage by identifying our customer wants, current market trends and offering products and services to match them. Industry Analysis(Competition and Buying Patterns) - Perfumes of every color and scent are available to consumers, and perfumes come in all price ranges. This makes the perfume industry extremely competitive and increases the need for effective marketing advertisements. Customers buy our product because of many reasons. People may buy our perfume to attract a mate, mask body odor and alter mood. They also may purchase our perfume because the perfume has a certain elite status or is associated with a celebrity. We also use flyers, tarpaulin, radio and tv commercials to advertise our product.

Our loyal customers buys the product every 2-3 months. They love how the products lingers after a long time unlike other perfumes that is very

watery and sickeningly sweet.
