1123 Deerfield Beach, FL 33443 RE: Ethics Violation Against Broward Commissioner Chip Credit Card Fraud LaMarca Dear Sir or Madam: Please accept this letter as my formal complaint against Broward Commissioner Chip LaMarca for possible violation of the State of Florida ethics law. In support of this allegation, I offer the following for your consideration. 1. On LaMarcas 2012 Form 6 Disclosure of Financial Interests, he claims a net worth of $544,264 and a home worth $635,010. 2. Not. True. 3. Ive calculated his homes value at $489,022, meaning he overinflated his assets by $145,988 putting his actual 2012 net worth at $398,276. 4. I also seriously question the value of LaMarca Construction to be an even $100,000. 5. I opine LaMarcas net worth is considerably less. 6. LaMarca swore an oath that the information disclosed is true, accurate, and complete. 7. Ever see this weasly little prick? Truthful is not a word that comes to mind. 8. For the record, the Broward County Property Appraisers 2012 Assessed Just Value was $440,120. Bingo. Theres a violation! Therefore, I ask the Florida Commission on Ethics to fully investigate this matter, and where appropriate, apply the applicable sanctions, fines, kicks in the ass, and if necessary, send LaMarca to the timeout chair.
