EECU and Breakout Box Connected in Series Between EECU and Wiring Harness
For the measurements below, the following applies:

Breakout box J-41132 connected between connector EA or EB and the EECU. Jumper harness J43233 connected between connector EA or EB and the EECU. The EECU connected. Ignition key in ON position. Engine not running. Measuring voltage.
