CONSTRUCCION

La demanda aproximada de 250,000 viviendas ubica al Per a nivel de Latinoamrica entre una de las zonas de mayor auge en la industria de la construccin, generando un verdadero boom, donde el Estado a travs de la promulgacin de normas flexibles, ha permitido que la banca dinamice sus mecanismos de apalancamiento y sus instrumentos de colocacin de crditos tanto para la oferta y construccin de nuevos proyectos inmobiliarios, como para la adquisicin o demanda de departamentos o casas por parte de la poblacin.

se genera 6 puestos de trabajo en otros sectores por cada puesto en la construccin; se pagan tres dlares en sueldos a otros sectores por cada dlar gastado en remuneraciones para la construccin.
