JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Issuing checks and Entering Bills and makes payment through QuickBooks. 2) Handling of Timesheets, and maintaining the database entering all the consultants working hours in portal. 3) Giving inputs regarding exact & approved working hours in QuickBooks & coordinating with invoice head for raising invoice with in time. 4) Giving inputs regarding hours to payroll head & working along with payroll department for making the payments correctly. 5) Preparing a report on delayed timesheets and sends to ERM team. 6) Drafting report regarding payroll status to the Operations Manager.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Have grabbed YOUNG MANAGER AWARD in management meets. Have bagged prizes in the event SHARE WAR conducted in many colleges meets. Have participated in various sports and athletic events and won prizes in colleges and schools.

Undergone a pilot project on topic PROFITS ROLE ON INVESTING PUBLIC on RIL shares. Purpose of this mini project is to grab practical knowledge for major project.

Undergone a project work on topic STUDY ON COMMODITY TRADING WITH REFERENCE TO GOLD at KOTAK SECURITIES LTD HYD. Contributions: Data analysis & interpretations based on 5 year gold prices and one future market.
