The Terms and Conditions of the Go Digital Offer ( Offer) along with the General Terms and Conditions (the GTC), the Customer Application Form (CAF) and the Product Terms and Conditions (the PTC) collectively establish the contractual terms under which the Company will provide the Service to the Customer. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the CAF Terms and Conditions. The Customer is a subscriber to Wireline Voice Service of RIC (Company). The Customer has read the terms and conditions of the Offer as enclosed hereto (Schedule 1). The Customer wishes to avail of the E1 PRI / R2MF solution being provided by the Company under this Offer. As per the terms and conditions of the Offer, the Customer is to benefit from discount being made available through Offer. The Company makes this Offer available only to its most favoured customers and therefore the Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Offer including but not limited to the agreed Minimum Service Contract Period as prescribed above. Additionally, the benefit of the discount as per the Offer is available to the Customer, dependent upon the Customers fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the Offer. In the event of a default by the Customer on the happening of any of the below given events, the Company retains the right to recover the discounted amounts (as per the Offer); (1) Customer downgrades to a lower tariff within the Minimum Service Contract Period (2) Customer surrenders the connection during the Minimum Service Contract Period. (3) Suspension or termination of the Service by the Company on default of payment of the Invoice by the Customer. The Company shall be entitled to recover such amounts that are equal to the discounted amount in any manner that it may deem fit, including but not limited to recovery from Security Deposit if any, or by way of claims of set off/counter claim or any other remedy that it may have under Applicable Law. The Customer is executing a copy of this Letter of Offer as a token of the Customers acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Offer.
