I am applying to this course because leadership is one of the potential skill everybody want to acquire.

Leadership is very much confident and he can inspire other by his words and action. Leadership also leads to big achievement and organizational profitability. The motivation for me to apply to this course is that A leader can be made thus I want to reach the great height of performance through gaining leadership qualities. About Myself
I am is simple boy with creative, dynamic and complex thoughts who is always through the process of learning to make potentials in different fields. I am a person who always try to get a competitive edge over other who want to be the prominent and different among others. Who believes in Allah, respect his creatures and hopes to be respected. I pursue my actions in a positive direction because from very early I had a deficiency in my heart that became the motivation for a goal attainment pushes me to do something very big to fill that gap. I had a clear vision in mind to become one of the leading personality in my field and till now I am successful in getting my objectives.

Why I want to join this course

Leadership through personal development is the one most important thing for me to learn from INDIVIDUALLAND because it is a platform that provides the grounds and opportunity to people. This organization is one of the organization that is striving for excellence and leadership youth of the world. My aptitude and attitude enforces me to go on this leadership course. I want to learn how one great personality changes from another in different aspect in leadership, why people lack good leadership and creative qualities, how to develop oneself and to enjoy participation in career development project with another people. And I want to share my thought, experiences and practically implant my potential skill and abilities. Furthermore I want to pass through different leadership building skills Success comes through development. It is the nature of mankind who want to grow more and more. I have strong desire to pass through different creative and innovative events, project and task to utilize and polish my skills and abilities that leads to good organization productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. European are pioneers in their filed because they explored and developed their leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. So I am taking a keen interest to become a potentially good by acquiring good leadership skills.

My Education & Professional Goals I will be graduated from IMS University of Peshawar in the field of Business Administration and my specialty is in Marketing. Currently I am in the last semester (8th Semester)
Professionally I am visualizing myself to be a Marketing Executive or Manager Furthermore my professional goals also include To be a good Marketing Communication Specialist and Advertiser Work for societal problems and Human Rights To gain leadership qualities and become a great influential and motivator To integrate Marketing, IT and Graphics designing techniques and grow professionally In the Market To be a good communicator, conflict and problem resolver, and good decision maker To be a social cultural ambassador and activist of my country, district or village To be a future leader in career and skill building and potential development

Work and Experience & Co-Curricular Activities

I had worked as Marketing Communication Specialist for Euro Consultants University Town Peshawar before that Worked as Interpreter & Radio Operator with Medicines Sans Frontiers (Belgium) in Charsadda Flood Emergency. Currently I am Information secretary at Charsadda Student Society University of Peshawar. Furthermore I have a Strong affiliations with Innovative Youth Forum, PYDO, CAMP, and AIESEC All the time I am involved in extra and co-curricular activities like workshop, seminars and conferences and I really learnt a lot of things from it because it ultimately build my overall skills and these are very crucial to the career success
