TERMS AND CONDITION: 1. Mobilization immediately after receiving the confirmation by purchase order. 2. Payment: 15 days after receiving original invoice. 3. Offer validity : 7 Days 4. Loading and off loading of equipments at site must be arranged by client. 5. Time sheet starts from the time we mobilize the equipment and manpower. 6. Working hours based on the 10 hours per day, 6 hours per week and 26 days per month. 7. Excess hours and weekend shall be charged on pro rata basis. 8. Gate passes from authorities for equipment and personal has to be arranged by Client. 9. Work Permit or permission from authorities has to be arranged by Client. 10. Gate passes for equipment and personnel to be arranged by Client. 11. Insurance of the cargo will be arranged by Client, and is to Client's account. 12. Monthly rental charges excluding Fridays and Public holidays. 13. Rental will be charged on a minimum of 10 continuous hours a day. Fridays, Public holidays will be payable by client on Pro-rata basis. 14. Our offer is subject to availability of equipment and manpower, until placement of a firm order by the client, and confirmation of acceptance by EXPERTISE.
