2013 ELECTIONS 2013 election is fast-approaching.

A very critical point of time in Philippine history where the sovereign Filipino people is about to elect again their representatives, leaders who hopefully might uplift and develop the socio- economics and other aspects of life in the Philippines. It is of common knowledge that when such big event is fast approaching, Commission government on Elections, agencies a are quite busy, especially by the the constitutional body mandated

Constitution to promulgate its rules of procedure in order to expedite disposition of election cases, including pre- proclamation controversies and more so, as explicitly provided under the Constitution that The Commission may, during the election period, supervise or regulate the enjoyment or utilization of all franchises or permits for the operation of transportation and other public utilities, media of communication or information, all grants, special privileges, or concessions granted by the Government or any subdivision, agency, or instrumentality thereof, including any governmentowned or controlled corporation or its subsidiary. Such supervision or regulation shall aim to ensure equal opportunity, time, and space ,and the right to reply, including reasonable, equal rates therefor, for public information campaigns and forums among candidates .
Basically, the objectives of COMELEC is to ensure the holding of a free,

orderly, honest, peaceful, and credible elections. However, in their endeavor to achieve the abovementioned objectives, there are some who go against the law , those who instigates disorder and disturb the current affairs of the government. Those who primarily think of themselves only and do acts which are prejudicial to the public.

Due to such matter, where disorder and violence are rampant most especially during campaign and election period, a nationwide 150-day ban on the carrying of firearms outside residences in the Philippines has begun to prevent violence ahead of May 13 congressional and local elections. Commission on Elections chairman Sixto Brillantes Jr. said that it will end on June 12. Army-backed police contingents will enforce the ban, especially in about 800 towns in 15 provinces considered security hotspots due to a recent history of election violence or the presence of private armed groups. Moreover, the COMELEC is now ensuring that Check points done by the Law Enfrocement Agencies are in accordance with the law, will strictly implement the guidelines set forth by the COMELEC but at the same time to implement the said rules appropriately to avoid any violation of rights of individuals as surely granted by the Constitution. Somehow, COMELEC, is now becoming more vigilant to prevent and preclude law violators from hindering and damaging the upcoming elections. Truly, the Philippine National Police, as protectors of the people, are always willing to serve the public and not hesitant to help in ensuring that the upcoming 2013 election will be peaceful, free from any violence that may occur.

I miss her much , I chase her and Longing to hug her tightly, Sadly, shes gone. Teary eyed and I looked side by side, Hoping that she might appear again But the yearning is all nothing Cause I suddenly woke up and realize that it Is just a dream. A beautiful dream.

When I feel sad and gloomy, they make me Smile When I feel Im about to give up , they motivate and enlighten me when I am scared, they will hug me and feels that everything will be alright

In a world filled with strange things, Yes! I never felt that I am alone When my mother and my father, as truly Angels of my life, are always on my side Who inspire and encourage me to go on with my life No matter what life brings out, whether good or bad.

This world may be strange in so many ways Luckily, I have these guts to brave out and unveil such peculiarities Cause , I know, that I have two special persons to turn on, and will always support my endeavors.
