Threespeciesspecicoligonucleodes(Fgra,Fcul,Fpoa)
werespoedonthearrayandhybridizedwithDIG
labeledPCRproductsofgenomicDNAfromFusarium

Theoligonucleodescouldnothybridizewithanontar
getDIGlabeledPCRproductwhenthereweremore
thantwomismatchesonthebindingside.
