This is necessary to establish a national identity, Fashion Industry is given importance here since clothing identifies our nationality. Years before the 2nd World War, Filipinos wore distinctive clothing such as barong tagalong and barot saya and other native clothing today, Filipinos wear simplistic shirts because of the western influence. We must break away from the chains of colonial mentality What do you first look at when you travel to another country? What is the most evident indicator that you are at your destination? The people identified by their race, where at some country, people cannot be identified apart from each other? The animals? The landscape, maybe? The thing is, architecture is actually the prime indicator where you are. Presently, the Philippines do not have a particular architecture style it has been identified with. The publication with its capability to influence people will advocate for the development of a distinctive architecture for the country and its continuity, Masonry and artistry are expected from people to create, utilize and popularize the new founded architectural style of the country. The country cannot however, expect most of the people to become artisans with the blink of an eye. condition that it shall be environmentally friendly and non-hazardous. 10. The re-processing technology can also be used for water treatment. This is necessary in order to get rid of dirty murky water and improve nature. It is also necessary for the beautification of the rivers, seas and other natural resources, improvement of the well being of the aquatic life and the continuous supply of potable water. Nations advances not only because of political, economical, and cultural reasons but also because of technology. Thus, as a leader of people, the publication shall foster and advocacy to create and develop smashingly competitive technology to be at par with the best in the world. The science and technology development advocates shall ensure that continuous development is sought through. Mining added to the equation would provide minerals and resources for the manufacturing of robots and military weapons. Robots are very expensive fixed costs but it will be covererd by another fixed cost that is actually more expensive which is salaries and wages since it also pays for the benefits aside from salary and the human errors as mentioned earlier. Robots can save not just time but also capital. Not only the application of robots are given importance at this section but also its manufacturing and development. This section is not to imply that the organization is aiming to take away the jobs of the employees away from them as the organizations actual aim is to improve the lives of the people; and how do we do that? The organization shall also expand towards the establishment of educational institutions which shall develop the workforce at very affordable prices and assured job placements. Hence, the manual laborers become skilled workforces. Now try to imagine applying robotics in construction and removing carpenters out of the equation. Unnecessary deaths of the carpenters will be eliminated, imperfections and again, human errors will be put out of the equation. Even hazards from the environment shall be avoided. Again, try to imagine robots scanning and surveying the site for possible chemical hazards, impending calamity, quality of land, etc.

Among the developments involved with land development is habitat and housing projects which shall shelter the booming population and of course, the homeless. The problem of informal settling and relocation will then be alleviated since low-cost housing is within reach. Educational institutions in any society are necessary to prepare its people for their professional careers. As mentioned earlier, centralized locations demand services and these are supplied by companies employing people with the application of products and equipments. Usually, there are business locations allotted for this similar to Makati Business District, Ortigas Center, etc. With the grand plan, there would be more business districts that will foster businesses. Similarly, health centers are necessary so that the health and well being of the citizens will be taken care of. So that there would be balance between work and life, entertainment districts will also be developed. These entertainment districts will also allow for job opportunities and tourism In any great civilization, there is always a constructed wonder. It serves as the crowning glory of the feat of technology, culture, architecture, glory and prestige. It will uplift tourism of people from other nations and the morale of the people of the nation. We realize that the Philippines is not really a weather friendly country that is why efficiency and effectivity of farming and agricultural production is most often than not unstable. To be independent and self-sustaining,, as a country, the organization shall develop technology wherein agricultural production is more effective and efficient. With the application of advanced construction, agricultural production will be industrialized and its location shall be transferred in buildings instead of in plains or rice terraces 28. 26.

The organization with its power to influence shall advocate for alternative sources of energy. And with the machinery of the organization, it shall be put into application. There alternative sources of energy such as air, wind, water, nuclear, solar, geothermal, etc and all of these will be utilized. With alternative sources of energy available, scientific research such as high-frequency active auroral research program and particle generator such as hadron collider will be facilitated with much more ease. Research on a far more advanced sources of energy such as light particles are part of the program since it will be useful with other applications such as space exploration and military weaponry. Going back to robotics, if applied in manufacturing, which other countries are doing right now, production will then be more efficient and effective. With a proper research team and team of engineers to develop the countrys science and technology, and capital ready for investment, the age of industrialization can now be realized. The organization will develop each area of the military which includes rocket science and Teslas anti-gravity science since this will pave way towards space exploration. With this initiative, we can expect the future to be good to us however, we cannot expect other nations to do the same. Time will come when natural resources deplete and the food supplies will run out for the rest of the world. Thus, it is necessary to look for other sources of food and minerals. Space exploration is one of the most important areas to be developed in order to ensure humanitys survival. Getting back with electronics and the use of wireless communication, it is one of the necessary area of expansion. Today, print media as well as radio and tv are simply not enough to reach and influence people. Companies use the internet and cellphones as another form of media to make their publicity and information dissemination wider and more expansive. Wireless telephone companies today although earn high with their current technology, they still rely on other nations satellite technology. One of our main objective is to be independent from other countries power. And this is to entail that the organization plans too to explore the satellite technology in order to have a grab on it then develop it. One of the developments that can come out of the expansion towards satellite technology is the orbital planetary defense against solar flares and for unfriendly extra-terrestrial beings. Wireless communication cannot happen without investing in cell sites and investing in such can also pave way towards the development of the high-frequency active auroral research program which will allow research on natural researurces using harmonics, weather regulation, mind and mood manipulation and earthquake simulation. -ISM COMPENDIUM -ism, the first ever inter-college student publication is necessary to be established, funded and accredited not because of the interest of its founders but for the whole interest. Not only will it pave way for other capitalistic opportunities for the country which will certainly further the nations economy but it will also influence people to think critically, pro-actively participate, advocate and reform not only the system of government but also reform their thinking and values. -ism will not be a senseless commercialized publication which will be used as a capitalistic tool but instead, it will be full of significance. There are three level of conversations and each identifies with the intellect and interest of a person. They said that the first and the lowest level of conversation talks about people. The level of intellect associated with this is the lowest but with regards the level of interest, it has the highest. That is why people enjoy showbiz and telling stories about other people and of themselves. The second level of conversation is about events where it involves things that happened, happening and will happen. It belongs to the middle realm where many but not most people are interested about it. Intellectually, it is somewhat stimulating but not so or not less. And finally, the third and highest level of conversation is about the abstract which is the realm of ideas. It is the most intellectually stimulating however, not many are interested and familiar with it. If someone asks, where should we focus? Allow us to inform that someone that there are publications which are issue oriented (advocacy and issue oriented publication) which pushes for change. However, the effects are not as evident and also to consider, the market is saturated with the concept. Same is true with events and of people. What then should we do? Innovation allows blue ocean strategy to transpire and it gives who ever uses it an edge. Thus, if we cannot take a different topic, then let us take another approach. It all hinges upon the content and the marketing approach used by the company. But since we also believe we cannot please everybody, we will try to please most of the readers by putting all three in the publication. People live their lives believing that they have some purpose and maybe destined to become someone important. People are not things which are generic. Everybody is important and this kind of specialty is what sets one apart from the other. People are in the search for their identity and the meaning of their existence. At ism, we will let them know and deliver by allowing each individual or group to be recognized for their talent, intellect, leadership and their other important traits. We do this by featuring each month top ten students from their different fields of endeavor from the different member campuses. This can be done by featuring the number one of that field and the rest of the nine honorably mentioned in a strip of picture.

Yes, as you reader would recognize, this is another stage battle ground where representatives from different schools face each other and make their school proud. The second type of conversation comes in the events section wherein events and activities will be featured for the month similar to clickthecity.com but focused on the activities and events of the member schools. There can be review and previews of the best and expected best activities. These are the content of the publication in general. To add, the publication will also put school related issues, college student concerns and national issues but those said issues will only be mentioned as the publication do not aim to take sides in a political battle of specific parties. KEY What was revealed above were just the map to the destination of the organization that acts as a vehicle but we still need people that will drive the vehicle and people that will finance the tour to make the vision come true. There is however, one indispensable thing that must not be taken into consideration it/he is the Key. He is the creator of the organization; he knows by heart the different operational systems such as publication, marketing, operations etc.; he has the necessary connections to external and interal entities that can make things happen. He determines if the organization will happen or not. Without the key, the engine of the vehicle wont start and it will not reach the destination however beautiful its parts are and the way is.
