Receiving claims, verifying eligibility of the insured, processing, adjudicating and settlement; preparing the
recommendations for the settlement of claims.

Managing inventory of claims in accordance with applicable laws, policies and procedures. Ensuring timely payment and administration of indemnity. Documenting the file throughout the life of the claim; manage all issues in a pro-active manner ensuring
timely and efficient case resolution.

Monitoring all the claims which have been filed and document them accordingly for the future analysis. Scrutinizing bank statements, inventories, expenditures, tax returns and other accounting and financial
records, documents and systems of an individual, department, company or other establishment. of claims paid.

Preparing the MIS reports, audit and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance in terms Monitoring the TPA payments and taking adequate measures to ensure that the correct amounts of payments
have been paid.

Examining all the TPA records and preparing reports on basis of that.

Worked on Branch network, Business Support process for North America. Handled financial rejects, missing
claim payments and fees disputes.

Identified loopholes in the process of executing the same & worked on troubleshooting them. Administered the
quality checks for the Exception Management Process.

Maintained & identified reasons for claim payments that did not hit the accounts. Responsible for reviewing the claims submitted to ensure that proper guidelines have been followed. Reviewed and evaluated data stipulated on documents and forms, such as claim applications, birth or death
