Regeneracion Finca 2 Project
Developed around the Faculty of Engeneering, the flexes are 
managed and positioned by the user/participant and can be 
transformed eventually if needed. In sustainability and 
viability terms, the flexes would need strong centers
i bili h fl ld d to 
organize themselves around freely but without losing their 
shared wholeness.
After a deep site analysis I decided to apply  Nikos A. 
Salingaros and Christopher Alexander theories on patterns 
and generative code, in order to achieve living spaces for the 
students around the hermetic existing building.
