Monthly Reflection PSM Office CCUSA Social Policy National Partners Resources to Inspire Position_Openings Monthly Reflection "....Eucharist is not only about remembrance, but about action. 'DO this...' Jesus said. Be active believers. In today's Gospel, after a day of teaching and healing, Jesus feeds the hungry crowd, starting with just five loaves and two fish. Yet, 'They were all satisfied.' (Luke 9:17) 'Do this,' he says to us; not only transform bread and wine into my body and blood, but BE transformed, BE my body in a world that hungers in so many ways. All these hungers will never be fully satisfied until we enter into eternal life, but each day in this life I am called, you are called, to be corpus Christi, body of Christ," Sr. Marie Lucey, OSF; Franciscan Action Network, email May 27, 2013 For more prayer and reflection resources from CCUSA, click here.
