TECHINICAL SPECIFICATION : 01. The Pig shall be designed so as to able to maneuver itself thruogh 3 D field bench and shall have the provission of bypass port and shall be pluged with threaded plug. 02. The body of the Pig shall be made of Carbon Steel and the same shall be painted with corrosion resistant epoxy paint. 03. All welding on Pig body shall be as per relevant codes of API Standard. 04. The Pig shall be designed to negotiate restriction in internal diameter up to 15 %. 05. The Pig shall be equiped with pulling hook on front portion of Pig body. 06.Sealing Disc & Guide Disc : All Disc shall be manufactured from fresh ployurethane and have shore hardness of Sealing Disc 65 A+/-5, Guide disc 85A+/-5. 3. Bidder should quote transportation charges on actual separately if not included in basic price. Transportation charges has to be quoted for transportation by mode as below :i) For consignments weighing around 50 Kgs, Actual transportation charge to be quoted for transportation by courier service (Air/Road). ii) For consignment weighing more than the weight mentioned in Sl.No.(i), actual transportation cost shall be quoted for transportation by Road transport. 4. Any sum of money due and payable to the contractor (including Security Deposit refundable to them) under this or any other contract may be appropriated by Oil India Limited and set off against any claim of Oil India Limited (or such other person or person contracting through Oil India Limited) for payment of a sum of money arising out of this contract or under any other contract made by the contractor with Oil India Limited (or such other person or persons contracting though Oil India Limited). 5.
