1) Closing time and opening time: reference to IEC62271 2) Max difference in three phases: reference to IEC62271 3) Max difference in the same phase: the max closing/Opening difference in the same phases 4) Closing and opening speed: reference to IEC62271 5) Average closing and opening speed: 10%~90% travel range average speed 6) Max speed: The max speed value calculation from per 10ms range. For example 0~10ms speed V1, 10~20ms speed V2, 20~30ms speed V3.Vx. Max speed is the max value in those calculation data. 7)

Close and open control by internal power source. The trip signal output by the tester Connected to close or open coil in parallel. The voltage trip in coil would start the measurement program Connected to travel and speed sample sensors Calibration port or save data to flash disk AC220V10% 50Hz10% 10A power supply All parameters setting and test data are showed in this LCD Contrast adjustment Cursor position setting Cursor position setting [ok] confirm current setting or start test [cancel] back to previous menu [Reset] Reset the software system of the tester Print the test data and curves
5 Software operation
The start-up screen figure 2 would be showed on the LCD when tester is powered on
5.1.3 Option
LCD display items setting. Please hold the factory value.
5.3.1 Curves
The curves in the test results include the channel state-time curve, travel-time curve and coil current-time curve. All those curve are displayed in the same time coordinate system.
5.3.3 Bounce
Display the bounce time and bounce frequency of channels. Press down ok in detail the detail information of the bounce would be showed.
5.3.5 Print
Print the content of current LCD show.
6 Test connection
Warning: For safety reasons please connect the earth to the earth connection( ) on the
panel first when the tester is located in the power station. The earth connection is the last connection uninstall in the power station
7 Sensor installation
The configuration of the tester includes three different sensors. They are line, angle and universal sensor. The connection cable of the three sensor are the same one.
7.2Angle sensor
The universal sensor is applied to replace the line sensor. But some circuit breaker in the market can not find a line movement parts in the breaker body. All the line movement parts have been sealed in the body of the circuit breaker. There is only a rotate part could be found in the circuit breaker. You would have to measure the speed and travel by the rotate part of the circuit breaker. Angle sensor is designed for this application. The installation of angle sensor is as figure 4
