Create multiple sets of sticky notes with roles on them (see list at end of this plan) Ask each girl to pick 2 or 3 roles to put on herself and then ask each girl to pick one for every other girl- Girls discuss why they selected what they did and what was a surprise Discuss: How many roles women play, Which women play more than one role, Which are leaders? Why? What leadership traits do you see in them that you see in yourself? Which traits do you see that you aspire to? Compare these traits to the Girl Scout Law. Which of those values do these women seem to honor? Which of these values do you honor? Which roles played by these women might you like to try? Each girl picks one role from any list, tells it to a leader and performs the role for 10 seconds other girls need to guess the role Everyone gets a turn Make a paper doll chain to reflect the girls many roles

Role Play Switcheroo Adult Guide - pg 3839

Girls choose if they want to play a boy or a girl. One volunteer (parent) will play the teacher, Girls should decide on a classroom topic (something they know well). Girls should then act out a typical classroom scenario with the girls acting like their gender sticky note. After the role, girls switch gender roles. Discuss: Who put their hands up the most? Who offered opinions the most?
