July 21, 2013 TO: ALL COLLEGE STUDENT GOVERNMENT OFFICERS

FROM: SIR DARYL SUBJ: A GENTLE MESSAGE, SOME REMINDERS ON INTRAMURALS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES Greetings! Let me congratulate the organizing officers and their respective committee for the invaluable effort and dedication given to make the General Acquaintance Party possible. As always, when there are lapses or unintended actions committed on the part of the officers in the preparation and implementation of the activity, let us again get learning from these incidents to develop better plans and strategies for our future activities. Meanwhile, to facilitate smooth coordination with the Student Services Office, I will be preparing a CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS for us all to refer in order to have our budget for the College Intramurals. As an overview, this checklist will include the usual documents like: Activity Report and Liquidation on the General Acquaintance Party Necessary Documents for the College Intramurals (bookings, letter of requests, etc) Log Frame, Action Plans and Calendar of Activities

The Director of Student Services places significant emphasis on the requirements aforementioned. For this reason, I have re-scheduled the STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION with Mr. Rogelio Bayod. This was originally set to July 19-20, 2013. However, due to a number of unexpected turn of events, this strategic planning session is finally set to July 25, 2013 Thursday 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM at L411. I hereby require the following officers to be present in this activity: 1. President/Vice President, House Speaker, and Chief Justice 2. Cabinet Secretaries (Executive, Academic, Socio-cultural, Sports, Defense, Internal-External, Press) 3. Division Governors, Vice Governors, and Secretaries (They will be creating their own strategic plans as well). Basically, all student activities must belong to any of the three Key Result Areas (KRA): Student Support, Student Empowerment and Social Involvement. At this point, you may categorize your activities in advance for a start. As to the formatting and the construction of the document, it will be revealed in the actual session. In addition, I will be coordinating with the Association of College Clubs and Organizations (ACCO) Moderator, Ms. Crisel Dumaboc to require all active clubs and organizations join us with the planning as they are as well required by the Student Services with similar documents. To evaluate the output of these documents, initial drafts (30% - 50% done) shall be presented on July 26, 2013 Friday 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at EDTECH AV Hall.
