2. Extraction Ethanol 96% (technical grade)

Filter to obtain crude yellow aquaeous extract

Add 96% Ethanol technical grade 1:4

Filter the supernatant solution and gel pellet was discharge

3. Extraction Water 8-10 times

Filtered through cotton plug Followed by whatman filter paper no 1

Extract destilated 600C To get concentrated extract
