to pay for this if no fee waiver is granted. Further, the RMC and
Washoe County PUblic Defenders have refused to order this cd, or the one
in
rev2012-001048 from the July 31st, 2012 hearing despite the fact that
both of those hearing bare material relevance to the defense of SCR
111(6) "serious offense" charges against Coughlin in RCR2012-067980 and
in RMC 12 CR 420, and RCR2012-065630...Coughlin declares under penalty
of perjruy NRS 53.045 that he lacks themeans to pay for these
