May 2009 : RSA Partners with Secude for Info Security Solutions

The security of a company data and intellectual property continues to be a top

priority for any organization. To address the security threats, RSA, the security
division of EMC, has entered into an alliance with Secude Solutions India. Already
in global alliance, the companies will offer information security for SAP
customers across the country.

Jagannathan Vaman, CEO, Secude Solutions India, said, "With this alliance, we will
jointly provide a holistic security approach to the information security threats
across enterprises."

SAP has more than 3800 customers in India and out of which 900 are large MNCs like
Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Unilever.

Amuleek Bijral, Country Manager, RSA India, said, "Having gained a market share of
30-40 percent in the information security among banks and telecom companies, we
are now looking at non-BFSI, non-telcos and especially the manufacturing companies
using SAP ERP solutions."

Even though enterprises have gone in for security solutions, but they only address
security threats around the perimeters leaving a number of risks for attacks.

"Mitigating information security threats is an ongoing battle; however we have

proven experience in addressing ID theft, data security breaches, viruses, email
threats, web threats, hacking tools and more and will now together focus on the
Indian market," said Vaman.

The two companies will provide RSA 'SecurID' and Secude 'Secure Login' that are
well proven security across enterprises globally for any information security
threats.

"RSA has already a number of customers in India across various verticals including
BFSI, Telcos, Government & defence, ITES, and will be now adding SAP customers as
its sixth vertical," said Bijral.
