sectors English for the Pharmaceutical Industry English for the Travel and Hotel business sectors Legal/Contractual English Technical/Architectural English English for Presentations/Meetings/Negotiations English for Marketing English for Telephoning English for e-mailing and business correspondence English for Assistants Maintenance Courses: for participants who already have a good command of the English language and who would like to maintain or acquire other aspects of their language competencies. Language skills coaching: here the trainers prepare you for, accompany you to or assist you in real time situations such as meetings, negotiations, presentations. Target persons/groups: participants are business people who frequently have to communicate in a foreign language. Structure: courses and seminars are conducted either one-to-one or in groups with a maximum of four participants. Duration: according to the level(s) and requirements of the participants.

SFA (Solutions Focused Approach) focuses on what is working rather than what isnt and replaces the focus from problems to client strengths. SFA is based on the assumption that the client(s) has the strength and resources to solve the situation at hand. It also bears in mind that change is constant. The client therefore achieves measurable success in alignment with explicit business or personal needs. I am an experienced coach and trainer with several years in coaching (and many more in training) across various organisational levels, in many different sectors as well as cultural and organisational environments. I belong to a professional body of coaches and adhere to regular supervision and ethical practice. All information is treated in the strictest confidence.
