SFA is based on the assumption that the client(s) has the strength and resources to solve the situation at hand. It also bears in mind that change is constant. The client therefore achieves measurable success in alignment with explicit business or personal needs. I am an experienced coach and trainer with several years in coaching (and many more in training) across various organisational levels, in many different sectors as well as cultural and organisational environments.
