E. School History Patient started schooling when he was 7 years old.

He said that he experienced no difficulty during his first week at school. On his elementary years, he studied at Don Basilio Repondo Memorial School in Aklan. As an elementary student, he was friendly and playful. He was not quarrelsome but had small fights with his schoolmates. He was not bullied at the same time he was not a bully. During his elementary years he joined Math quizbees and cooking contests. On his high school years he studied at Candelaria National High School in Aklan for his first year only and continued his second year and half of his third year at Tondo National High School in Manila. He didnt finished his high school there because he rebelled and was sent back to Aklan. He graduated his high school at Candelaria National High school. The reason for his transferring of schools was due to financial problems. He graduated Bachelor in Animal Science which is a preparatory education for Veterenary Medicine at Aklan State University (ASU).

F. Home environment He grew with his parents, two siblings and a cousin. Home atmosphere is happy and they are all treated equally by their parents including their cousin who lived with them. His parents work as farmers in their own land and during his spare time he works with them. His parents quarrel but not all the time and often it was due to misunderstandings and they reconcile thereafter. Their parents are not over protective but discipline them just enough for them to be good children. His father drinks and smokes occasionally. They always eat together during meal time.

G. Interests, Hobbies, Habits He loves to take care of animals especially chicken and ducks. It is his interest. He drinks and smokes occasionally with his friends. He has a good relationship with his family and neighbors.

VII. Marital History The patients father courted his mother for 1 year. Both of their age was 26 when they got married. The mother had undergone tubal ligation after the birth of their third child. Their children are M.D.B.R. 33 years old, E.R. 32 years old and M.D.R. 31 years old.

VIII. Current Social Situation and Home Environment The patient belongs to middle class neighborhood wherein the other relatives live near. There is privacy between each family member. Their source of income is farming.

IX. Pre-morbid Personality Before the patient was diagnosed of mental illness, he is a type of person who is responsible and diligent in doing his responsibilities and tasks at home and at school. He always helped his parents and was always at the top of his class since Grade 1 up to Grade 5. He is also a jolly person and when he wants something he works hard to earn it.
