The Prophe t (s allallaahu alaihi wa-s allam) s aid, what t rans lat e d me ans , "On t he Day of Re s urre ct ion, Mankind wilt be re s urre ct e d while t he y are be ar-foot e d and nake d." [Sahe e h al-Bukhare e and Sahe e h Mus lim]


The Mus lims are unanimous on confirming t he Day of Re s urre ct ion. This is t he wis dom of Allah, for He de cre e d t hat cre at ion will have a day of re ckoning for t he ir de e ds aft e r He s e nt t he m Me s s e nge rs to inform t he m of His Commandme nt s . He s aid, what t rans lat e d me ans , "Did you t hink t hat We had cre at e d you in play (wit hout any purpos e ), and t hat you would not be brought back t o Us ?" [Al-Muminon 23:115]

If t he re will not be a Day of Re ckoning, t he n t his Commandme nt will be t ime was t e d. Allah is immune form s uch joyful play. "The n s ure ly, We s hall que s t ion t hos e (pe ople ) t o who it (t he Book) was s e nt and ve rily, We s hall que s t ion t he Me s s e nge rs . The n s ure ly, We s hall narrat e unt o t he m (t he ir whole s t ory) wit h knowle dge , and inde e d We we re not abs e nt .' [Al-A'araf 7:6-7].

As for t he unjus t , Allah will le ad him t o mis guidance s aying, in ans we r t o t he above que s t ions "What ! What ! I do not know." Als o! t he hypocrit e s and t he one s who always had doubt s about Allah. The Prophe t s aid You will be as ke d, 'What do you know about t his man (t he Prophe t Muhammad)?' 2. The t orme nt or joy in t he grave . The unjus t , t he dis be lie ve rs and t he hypocrit e s will be t orme nt e d in t he ir grave s . Allah s aid, what t rans lat e d me ans , "And if you but s e e whe n t he wrongdoe rs are in t he agonie s of de at h, while t he ange ls are s t re t ching fort h t he ir hands (s aying): "De live r your s ouls ; t his day you s hall be re compe ns e d wit h t he t orme nt of de gradat ion be caus e of what you us e d t o ut t e r agains t Allah ot he r t han t he t rut h. And you us e d t o re je ct his Ayat (proofs , s igns , e vide nce s , e t c.) wit h dis re s pe ct " [Al-An'aam 6: 93]

As for Re ligion, Allah s aid, what t rans lat e d me ans : "The dis be lie ve rs pre t e nd t hat t he y will ne ve r be re s urre ct e d (for t he account ). Say (O Muhammad): "Ye s ! By my Lord, you will ce rt ainly be re s urre ct e d, t he n you will be informe d (and re compe ns e d for) what you did, and t hat is e as y for Allah." [Al-Taghaboon 64:7]

He s aid: "Nay, you have re maine d (de ad) for a hundre d ye ars , look at your food and at your drink, t he y s how no change ; and look at your donke y! And t hus We have made of you a Sign for t he pe ople . Look at t he bone s , how We bring t he m t oge t he r and clot he t he m wit h fle s h." Whe n t his was cle arly s hown t o him, he s aid: "I Know (now) t hat Allah is Able t o do all t hings ." Humans have limit e d compre he ns ion and unde rs t anding of t he unive rs e . The y only unde rs t and what Allah gave t he m t he capabilit y t o unde rs t and. The y do not unde rs t and all of t he e xis t e nce . The s e ve n he ave ns , t he e art h and all t hat which is t he re in prais e Allah. Allah, s ome t ime s , give s t he powe r t o s ome of His cre at ion t o he ar s uch prais e . Humans cannot he ar s uch prais e .
