Walking into UConn’s


annual LatinFest celebration
on Saturday night was a bit
like being transported into one
of the hottest nightclubs in
Buenos Aires or Bogota. With
glamorous dresses, authentic
South American cuisine, a wide
array of drink specials and
award-winning Latino musi-
cians, the night had more than
1,000 audience members danc-
ing and enjoying themselves
without a hitch. Well, almost
without a hitch. With nearly

ly moving about, seating was
quite a problem for even those
with pre-purchased tickets.
