All new members intent on raiding must submit an application via the guild website or contact an oIIicer or GM
Ior Iurther instruction. Casual members are invited usually via reIerence Irom an existing member, however new
initiates are allowed to join iI they seem to have good character. ALL new members must be approved unanimously
by the Guild Council before they are permitted to join Resurrection.
While we encourage you to bring your active alts to the guild, we do limit their number to fve per member.
This rule can be waived at the discretion oI the guild leadership. This does not apply to level 85+ toons. You may
have up to 10 active level 85 alts.
With the advent oI Guild Rep, leaders are more careIul about removing inactive toons, however we do clean the
roster Irom time to time. Any toons (Mains or Alts) that have been logged out Ior more than 30 days are subject to
removal. II you plan on being inactive Ior a period longer than 30 days please inIorm a GM or OIIicer so you can
be placed in vacation status. II you are removed Irom the guild due to inactivity, you are welcome to rejoin
Resurrection upon your return.
We urge our members to take on an active role in the development oI our guild. Any concerns, suggestions, issues,
complaints, etc. should be directed to the guild leadership. Please use in-game mail to voice any concerns so the
message can be distributed to all GMs and OIIicers. II you do not want your letter distributed to other leaders, please
include that request in the message. You may send in-game whispers to leaders, especially Ior urgent matters,
but please do not abuse this privilage. Remember, the guild leaders are also playing World oI WarcraIt because it
is Iun, and constant distractions take away Irom that Iun. Just to clariIy, Ieel Iree to message us at any time Ior any
reason, but iI you have a complaint please try to use in-game mail instead.
Raiding is a privilege. To earn Raider status you MUST show up for all raids you are scheduled for. Clicking
accept on a raid invite is a personal commitment to the guild and to your raid group. It is oIten diIIicult to Iind a
replacement in the event oI unexpected absences. In many cases, the raid is cancelled or severely delayed when
one or more members are unexpectedly absent. Excessive absences from raids you have committed to may result
in demotion, revoked raid privileges or removal from Resurrection. If you have signed up for a raid and will not be
able to attend please give at least a 24 hour notice that you will not be attending. This notice should be given to
"Pandarena" via in-game whisper, or sent to Pandarena via in-game mail. You may also notiIy any other GM or
OIIicer, but inIorming Rena is always the better option as she is the designated Raid Leader. If you are unsure
whether or not you can attend please click Tentative. Players marked tentative will not be considered absent if
they fail to show up. Marking Tentative should only be used when Iuture plans might interIere with raiding. Do not
use it every week as a way to avoid unannounced absenses. Excessive usage oI Tentative Status suggests you are
unreliable and could result in loss oI your raid spot.

Resurrection
Membership Rules & Expectations
Resurrection uses a standard 'Roll System that is managed by the Loot Master. Crussex normally acts as
loot master and strives to make consistently Iair decisions regarding loot. In the rare event the Loot Master deviates
Irom the 'Standard Roll system it will be done in the best interest oI the guild and our ultimate goal oI progressing.
All decisions regarding loot are Iinal and nonnegotiable.Any questions regarding Resurrections loot system should be
directed to Crussex. Please do not distract the Raid Leader during raid with questions concerning loot. These questions
should be directed to the Loot Master.
Additional Notes on Loot Svstem. The Loot Master uses an addon to help manage rolls and loot distribution.
AIter a boss kill, iI a loot chest appears please no not open the chest! OIten times there are "rare" quality items
that can be accidentaly looted, and Iurthermore it prevents the LM Irom accessing the loot while the chest is being
inspected by another player.
Shortly aIter the LM inspects the loot, he will link all items that have been dropped. At this time you have a
moment to compare any useable items to your current gear to determine iI the loot is needed. AIter the LM has linked
all loot in Raid Chat, he will post a Raid Warning requesting rolls Ior Main Spec. II there are no rolls Ior Main Spec
then a request will be made by the LM Ior "OII Spec" rolls. II the item is not claimed Ior either Main Spec or
OII Spec, the item will be sent to the designated Enchanter to be Disenchanted. Your 'Main Spec' is whatever your
primary role is within the group. (Example. if a plaver who is normallv our tank is needed to heal for one fight, that
plavers main spec is still tank and mav roll main spec for tank items and off spec for healing items.)
It is crucial that you be alert during loot distribution. Rolls made beIore the LM requests rolls or aIter the item has
been awarded will not be honored. Please reIrain Irom making "Just Kidding" rolls. This slows down the looting
system and oIten leads to conIusion.
On rare occasions, the LM may override a winning roll and award loot to a player with a lower roll. This only
happens iI the item is a signiIicantly higher upgrade Ior the lower roller, or iI a useIul set bonus will earned that will
beneIit the raid group as a whole. This is very uncommon, but iI you Iind yourselI on the losing end oI such a decison
and wish to appeal, please do so via a whisper to the LM. These issues can oIten be resolved in a way that beneIits
everyone, however all decisions made by the LM are Iinal.
In order to insure that loot is distributed evenly, Resurrection uses a point system that is maintained by the LM. At
the beginning oI each raid, every player begins with a score oI zero (0) Ior Main Spec and zero (0) Ior OII Spec.
Each time a player wins a main spec or oII spec item, their score Ior that corresponding spec is decreased by 1.
Whenever multiple players roll on an item, only those player's rolls with the highest scores will be considered.
(Example. At the beginning of raid all plavers start at MS(0) and OS(0). After killing the first boss Marantii wins a
helm for her Main Spec bv having the highest roll. Her Main Spec score is reduced bv 1. Her score is now
MS(-1), OS(0). After the second boss is killed, another item drops that Marantii can use. Marantii rolls a 93 for
main spec, Mallawin rolls a 71, and Crussex rolls a 4. Because Mallawin and Crussex have not won anv items
during this raid, their scores are still MS(0), OS(0). Even though Marantii won the roll, her roll will not be counted
because she has a lower score than Mallawin and Crussex. With Marantiis roll discounted, Mallawin would win
the item. His Main Spec score would be reduced bv 1 leaving him with a new score of MS(-1), OS(0).)
These rules apply Ior both main spec and oII spec rolls. II you are the only roller Ior an item, your score will not be
taken into consideration when awarding loot, however your score will still be reduced. There is no score Ior
"FREE FOR ALL" rolls. Free For All rolling is only used when we are rolling Ior craIting patterns, recipes,
non-current BOE gear, mounts, and other various non-gear items. Any current BOE gear will aIIect your score.
Occasionally, we will only oIIer Main Spec rolling Ior BOE items, as the sell oI these items is a primary source oI
income Ior our guild bank. All current BoE items must be immediately equipped upon receiving them to prevent
winners Irom selling the items Ior proIit.
Using vent during raids is a requirement, as it allows us to conveniently discuss strategy. Please keep non-raid
chatter to a minimum during raids. This doesn`t mean we can`t have Iun on vent, but excessive oII-topic chatter or
long, uninterrupted speaking by one person is a distraction and retards progression.

During raids do not attempt to talk over or attempt to interrupt a Councillor, Office, or Raid Lead at any time. Repeated
interruptions will result in a your removal from vent until the raid is complete. If you wish to converse about topics unrelated to
raid please be polite and go to a different channel.
Do not intentionally mute guild members in vent or add guild members to your ignore list in-game. Doing this is unguild-like
conduct and will not be tolerated. If you are having issues with another player and have tried resolving them without success please
bring it to the attention of the Guild Leaders.
Please maintain a sense of professionalism at all time in all guild and public chat channels. The conduct of our members is a
reflection of our guild as a whole. Joking in trade is fine, but anything deemed potentially inappropriate, obscene, or offensive by
the Blizzard TOS, Guild Leadership, or guild members will not be tolerated.
Toons with inappropriate or offensive names cannot be invited to Resurrection. If you currently have such a toon it will be
required that you perform a name change on the toon or remove it from the guild. If you cannot pay for a name change simply ask
another player to report it as a non-RP name, and Blizzard will make you change it free of charge. (If its REALLY bad you might
not want to do that.)
Guild ranks are awarded by the Guild Council and at its sole discretion. Please do not ask for promotions. If you have earned it
you will receive it. There are only 2 exceptions. First, you are a new member and have not received your promotion to "Member"
after one month please bring it to the attention of the leadership. Sometimes that is hard to keep up with. Secondly, if you have an
Alt that does not hold the "Alt" rank, please inform a GM or Officer.
Resurrection is a casual and fun oriented guild but we try to maintain a mature atmosphere. Therefore we ask that all new
applicants
be 16+ years of age. Councillors may waive this requirement if the applicant displays outstanding skill and maturity.
Resurrection is a casual raiding guild that focuses on content from the current expansion. Occasionally we will schedule raids or
guild activities to revisit old content or for achievements. Although the Guild Council appreciates feedback, please do not make
constant requests to revisit old content. We encourage our members to schedule their own non-current content raids and activities,
as well as
PvP activities. If you choose to schedule your own events or activities, please be responsible and as inclusive as possible. Feel free
to make use of the calendar and ask a GM or Officer to advertise your event in the message of the day.
The guild bank is open to all members who have a rank of Alt or higher. Limited guild funded repairs are also available, with
higher ranks receiving greater allowances. We offer this benefit as a way to reward the hard work and loyalty of our members.
Because this benefit is extended to most members, we simply ask that you not abuse the privilege. Use it occasionally, when you
are running low on gold, or when participating in guild sponsored activities such as raids. Abuse of this privilege will quickly
deplete the guild bank funds. It should be also noted that our guild bank is funded solely by the selling of items acquired from
raiding and from individual donations. Since BoEs from raids are virtually nonexistent in Mists of Pandaria, private donations are
more important than ever. While we do not require members to make deposits, any donations made to the guild bank are greatly
appreciated by all members of Resurrection. If you choose to remove items from the bank please try to compensate with an
appropriate donation of equal value or with gold. Compensation is not required, but it helps keep the guild bank stocked with useful
goods. High-end items/gear located in the bottom bank tab are for raiding purposes. If you need one of these items please submit a
request to a GM or Officer. Those with permanent raid spots on a raid team have priority with regard to these items.
Selling guild bank items for personal profit will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the guild.
Because of our Open Guild Bank Policy we require all members to keep their account information private. Sharing your
account information not only jeopardizes your account it is also jeopardizes guild property. Members will be held responsible for
any guild loss incurred by unauthorized account usage. Also, keep in mind that an account being used by anyone other than who it
is registered to is a violation of Blizzards TOS and could result in a permanent ban. As a precaution, we require that initiates have
an Authenticator registered to their account before they can be promoted any higher. This to is for the purpose of protecting guild
property. This requirement is a tool offered by Blizzard and is maintained server-side, therefor we can make no exceptions to this
rule. Simply put, if you don't have an authenticator, the game will not let us promote you even if we wanted to.
Although we strive to be a casual family-oriented guild, we take raid progression very seriously. This is expected from anyone
who chooses to raid with Resurrection.
