Important Notice with regard to Programme Events / Presentations held on First Floor

This notice applies to events held in the following venues (1st Floor of Convention Centre):

Room 1.41 • Room 1.42 • Room 1.43 – 1.44 • Room 1.61 • Room 1.62 • Room 1.63 – 1.64

Since seating in these venues is limited, all attendees at the event / presentation are required to obtain an Event Booking Ticket from the
Event Ticket Collection Area outside Hall 2 on the Ground Floor of the Convention Centre.

• All tickets are available on a first come, first served basis

• Two tickets per person
• Event Tickets are only obtainable on the day that the event is being held
• The duration of each event is 45 minutes - the time indicated on the programme is the start time of the event.
• Attendees arriving more than 5 minutes after the start of an event will not be allowed entry to the room since this disrupts the speaker / panellists

Events on the Exhibition Floor / Main Hall (Stand Events) do not require tickets and can be accessed on a first come, first served / space availability basis.
