Job profile:
O&M, Support & Troubleshooting of Nokia-DX200. First Line of Maintenance i.e. Alarm handling, Fault diagnosis and Rectification. Giving Active support to Switch Surveillance team & different departments. To prepare and implement the WO (in the concerned network node) for the changed E1s requirements according to the planning. To coordinate the end-to-end testing of the new E1s to ensure that the crossconnection has been done correctly. Adding or changing E1s between different nodes and to check & verify.
