The company, with more than 100 experienced employees, has two workshops, one is for the gabion machines making and another is for the gabion & mattress making. It has a production facility of more than 10 complete sets of gabion producing line and four million square meters hexagonal wire mesh (gabion box) each year.

1. KS Series Gabions:
Gabions (greater than 30cm in height) consist of rectangular units made of a double twisted hexagonal wire mesh. Filled with stones, gabions become large, flexible and permeable elements from which a broad range of structures may be built. In our factory, the steel wire used to manufacture the gabion can be coated with Galvanized Heavily Zinc, Electro Zinc, Galfan or PVC. In order to reinforce the structure, all mesh panel edges are selvedged with a wire having a greater diameter. Gabions are divided into uniformly partitioned cells by internal diaphragms. Gabions are widely used for hydraulic and stabilization works such as retaining walls, riverbank protections, weirs, channel linings etc.

Packaging Details: Flat bundle, 50 sets/bundle, binding with steel strape or strands, some rolls. Customer's suggestions are accepted with pleasure. Delivery Details: About 10 days after the deposit, according to the quantity.
