And now Pork & Wallys has weekly dinner specials that make dining out in Lititz more special than ever, The new dinner specials include Chicken Bake on Monday, with chicken and vegetables topped with puff pastry. Then on Tuesday, its everyones favorite Breakfast for Dinner with entrees like eggs and hash and more. Wednesdays are Wild Game with wild specialties like Alligator Gumbo and Elk Stuffed Peppers. Thursday is the classic Ham Dinner featuring Southern style baked ham with pineapple and sweet potato fries. Friday is Fresh Catch Friday with entrees like crabcakes or fresh sh. Saturday is Steamer Saturday with mussels and clams steamed in white wine. The dinner specials are served with a dinner salad and choice of deli salad side dish, for a complete dinner that you can enjoy on the deck or inside. The new deck at Pork & Wallys is a great place to spend a summer evening or day. Relax outdoors beneath colorful umbrellas with the scent of chocolate from Wilburs right next door. Enjoy the new dinner specials, the regular menu items or the seasonal features, like the goat cheese and strawberry salad, the grilled blackened mahi-mahi sandwich with ranch sauce and the BLT sandwich with fresh Washington Boro tomatoes and a side of sweet local corn on the cob. Pork & Wallys is located at 56 North Broad Street, where you can savor all the great Pork & Wallys specialities, like roasted chopped chicken sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches and wet beef sandwiches, There are fried oyster po boys inspired by New Orleans and Cuban style paninis with roast pork, ham and dill pickle. Then there is the chicken apple cheddar melt, the jammin turkey and the twisted pretzel with roast pork and cheddar. Owned by Mark and Jennifer Wolownik, Pork & Wallys brings Southern style hospitality to Lititz. Mark is originally from Lancaster and Jennifer brings her roots in South Carolina.
