JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITY :

Key Deliverables: Responsible for conducting detailed layout inspection of coming parts. Responsible for generating inspection reports for receipt section & keeping record as per TS requirement. Responsible for Vendor Audits as well their up gradation. Preparing daily & monthly MIS (Management Information System) and present to management. Responsible for vendor development related to quality systems. Responsible for preparing yearly MSA plan of the document. Responsible for carrying out SPC studies for incoming parts by collecting the data after inspection of parts. Assessment of performance and quality of the vendors based on various criterions pre set by the organization such as quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms etc. Responsible for Warranty & Customer Complaints of Shockers & E-Parts. Coordinate with New Development Department, to approve the component qualifying the quality specifications. Responsible for calibration plan & their attainment. Responsible for audit supplier and take corrective action in improving their performance. Responsible for implementing cost saving measures & monthly modifications, achieving substantial reduction in terms of production cost. Preparing daily & monthly MIS (Management Information System) and present to management.
