ENRICHMENT LESSON PLAN OUTLINE

TEACHER COURSE DESCRIPTION This course will allow the kids to participate in different sports and activities DATE WEEK 1 This week we will be particapating in field hockey I will go over the rules and explain the 3-19 sport. Today will be our second day outside particapating in field hockey I will teach the kids the 3-20 correct fundemantals for passing. 3-21 Today I will teach the kids the correct fundamental of how to shoot the puck. 3-22 Today I will seperate the kids into 4 teams and we will have a tournament. Materials Needed: Whistle, Hockey sticks, pucks, and hockey goal and cones DATE WEEK 2 Today i will intorduce kickbal basketball I will explain the rules and then will have a 3-26 game. Today I will seperate the kids into two teams and have them play a game of kickball 3-27 basketball. 3-28 Today I will be outside with the kids and we will play kickball basketball. For the last day of this sport I will seperate the kids into four different teams and we will 3-29 havetournament. Materials Needed: Cones, Whistle , and a kickball DATE WEEK 3 Today I will start extreme beach volleyball, I will go over the rules and fundamentals of the 4-9 sport. For tuesday I will cover the correct way to pass the ball and serve the ball. After we will 4-10 have a scrimmage. 4-11 Today I will go over servel key postions on the court and teach the kids how to set. For the last day of this sport we will have a tournament I will split the kids into four 4-12 different teams . Materials Needed: Volleyball, whistle, and an out of bounds rope. DATE WEEK 4 Today I will intorduce flag football. I will explain the rules and go over several 4-16 fundamentals. Today will be our second day of flag football, I will show the kids different plays of running 4-17 and passing structure. Today we will start our tournament I will split the kids into four teams and start the 4-18 tournament. Today we will continue our last day of enrichment with finishing our flag football 4-19 tournament.
