When  choosing  wool  for  your  little  one,  take  the  waist,  rise  and  inseam  measurement  with  a  fitted,  
prefold  or  trainer  ON.  
 
• Longies  are  made  entirely  of  wool  blend.  
• Wool  is  hand  dyed  using  acid  dyes.  
• Longies  are  trim  enough  to  fit  over  trainers  but  stretchy  enough  to  fit  over  fitted  and  prefold  
as  well.  
• Additional  charges  may  apply  if  adding  to  the  inseam  of  any  size.  
• Custom  dyed  longies  add  $5  
• Custom  appliqued  longies  add  $10  (Additional  charges  may  apply  if  the  applique  is  very  
complicated.)

Trainers:  
 

     
 
 
Trainers  can  be  made  waterproof,  non-­‐waterproof,  pull-­‐on,  snap-­‐off  or  wool.  All  sizes  follow  the  
same  sizing  chart.  
• All  trainers  fit  under  belly  and  have  a  shorter  rise  than  regular  diapers  or  trainer.  
All  measurements  are  taken  naked.  
• Thigh  measurement:  Measure  all  the  way  around  the  thigh  on  the  diagonal  where  a  brief-­‐type  
underwear  might  lie.  
• Waist  measurement:  Measure  all  the  way  around,  under  the  belly  in  the  crease.  
• Rise  Measurement:  Measure  from  the  crease  through  the  crotch  all  the  way  to  the  back,  
opposite  the  belly  button.  All  styles  of  trainers  are  designed  to  go  under  the  belly.  The  rise  is  
shorter  then  on  regular  diapers.  
 
Waterproof:  
• PUL  outer,  bamboo  velour  (or  cotton  knit)  inner  with  bamboo  fleece  soaker  
• All-­‐in-­‐one  style  
Non-­‐waterproof:  
• Cotton  knit  outer,  bamboo  velour  inner,  bamboo  fleece  soaker  with  PUL  layer,  cotton/lycra  
trim  
• All-­‐in-­‐one  style  
Wool-­‐in-­‐two  trainer:

Flap  Jacks:  
 

 
 
The  flap  jack  is  a  sherpa  (90%  cotton/  10%  polyester)  flat/prefold  that  is  2x5x2.  The  middle  layer  is  
a  flap  attached  at  one  end  of  the  prefold,  this  makes  the  flap  jack  extremely  quick  drying,  it  will  be  dry  
in  one  dryer  load  on  medium  heat  for  most  dryers.  
 
Sherpa  is  super  stretchy,  super  absorbent,  super  soft,  and  super  squishy,  even  after  line  drying!  The  
Flap  Jack  is  both  snappi  and  pin  friendly.  Perfect  under  ADG  longies  and  soakers!  Each  one  is  sold  
with  an  accompanying  2-­‐layer  sherpa  doubler  (making  11  layers  total!).  Extra  2-­‐layer,  sherpa  
doublers  are  available  for  purchase  ($2  each).  
 
When  choosing  a  size,  go  by  the  rise  measurement  as  sherpa  is  very  stretchy.
