Description: Historical report development for Asia pacific HSBC IVR Contact Centers MI. These reports provide the user to monitor different aspects of IVR Usage. With the help of reports end users can view the data as per their requirement and improve the services of the IVR. The reports are for analyzing the customer trends, IVR Usage, Most successful Identification Methods. The Goal of the Project and Reporting System is to reduce the CSR calls and enhance the IVR Usage Team: Management Information(MI) Team

Company:Virtusa Description: Design and maintain reports in Crystal Reports and deploy them to Business Objects environment. In CIG project deliveries are scheduled around pre decided release dates. There would be 1-2 major release dates per quarter, on which majority of projects would be scheduled for delivery. This result in vast number projects scheduled for delivery for a delivery date. Due to this, the task of reviewing and tracking the projects (like health, # of hours etc.) has become very time consuming, repetitive and error prone. Hence reports are designed to create weekly review decks, summary reports, audit reports etc. for easier tracking and reviewing of projects. Periodically business users would also want to update existing report, like add\remove a metric

Responsibilities

Daily interaction with client to gather requirements and status updates. If a mock up is not provided create one and get approval of it. Understand the underlying database and create required views. Analyze if any reusability possible from existing reports. Organized report data by using filters, sorting, grouping& highlighted data with alerts. Design the reports, test them and make them available to client on server, for scheduling. Worked on reports that contained up to 10 sub-reports (including drill-down sub reports). Handled both dependent and stand-alone sub reports Also includes maintaining of existing reports which were there from earlier, requiring understanding existing functionality. Given the nature of project had to be adaptive to work on multiple reports\tasks in a day, including unplanned tasks. Performance Tuning of the reports using SQL expressions. Worked along with .net Resource for integrating Crystal Reports to application (Crystal reports for visual studio).

Key Achievements:
Report System up gradation: Played major role in Business Objects Environment up gradation to BO 4.0. Integration of Report portal in Project management SharePoint.

Client : Veritext Company:Virtusa Technologies: Crystal Reports 2011, BO 4.0,SQLServer 2008,MSBI Description: The project aims at provide its users, i.e. lawyers, the ability to manage deposition assignments on the move. Lawyers will able to confirm or reschedule the deposition assignments schedule for next 24 hours and also have ability to reschedule or cancel upcoming depositions. They will also be able to download transcripts in PDF format on their Mobile devices. Create Unified Database of all locations using SSIS and Design and maintain reports in Crystal Reports, SSRS, deploy them to Business Objects environment and MSBI environment and integrate with .net application. Hence reports and dashboards are designed to create weekly Revenue decks, summary reports, Invoice reports etc. for easier tracking and reviewing of business. Responsibilities: Understanding the business requirements and report specifications Created Reports using Parameters, Groups, Dynamic formulas, and selection filters in the Reports.
