Follow these instructions to the letter!] -----------------------------------------How to install on Windows XP, Vista and 7: -----------------------------------------1) Once you have downloaded the .zip file, extract it to the desktop temporarily . 2) Now that you have it extracted, you should have a folder called PeZBOT on you r desktop. 3) Right Click on the folder, and click "Copy" or "Cut". 4) Navigate to this directory (default): "C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Du ty 4 - Modern Warfare" 5) In there should be another folder called "Mods", if there isn't one - create one. 6) Open the "Mods" folder, then Right Click, and "Paste" the PeZBOT folder we co pied earlier from the dekstop. 7) With your desktop shortcut to Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer (Create one if you d on't have one) you need to Right Click on it, then click on Properties. 8) You should see: "Target: C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\iw3mp.exe" 9) Add this onto the end of the target line: +set fs_game "mods/PeZBOT" +exec pe zbot.cfg 10) Your target line should now look something like this: "C:\Program Files\Acti vision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\iw3mp.exe" +set fs_game "mods/PeZBOT" +ex ec pezbot.cfg 11) Now all you need to do, is click "Ok", then Double-Click on the shortcut and away you go. 12) When in game, to add the bots all you need to do is open up the console with the ~ key, and type /svr_pezbots # (replace # with the amount of bots you wish to have) 13) Check below for more DVARs and other methods of how to add bots / change PeZ BOT settings! 14) One last thing - Be sure to have Punkbuster turned OFF in options, and be su

Other methods of adding bots and changing PeZBOT settings: ========================================================== -------------------In-Game PeZBOT Menu: -------------------In version 010p and later we now have an in-game PeZBOT menu so that you can add bots without having to open the console or using the pezbot.cfg. To use the in-game menu, press B (default - Quick Commands Menu), then select Pe ZBOT. You can change the settings and add bots through here. -------------------pezbot.cfg -------------------You can ignore the pezbot.cfg file if you are going to use the In-Game PeZBOT Me nu or the console, but this is probably the most convenient method of adding bot s and changing PeZBOT settings if you don't plan to change the amount of bots yo u play with / settings, etc. Simply go to the PeZBOT folder and open the "pezbot.cfg" in notepad. Edit the se ttings to your liking - it should be quite easy to follow. Please note that you require to have +exec pezbot.cfg in the command line for th is to work. ================= Playing over LAN: ================= If you are trying to play over LAN with a friend, you may notice that the hostin g machines server may not appear in the server list. If not, try the following: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) Open up normal Call of Duty 4. (Not PeZBOT!) Start a server with the hosting machine. Search for the server with the client. When you see the server, click on it once and add it to favorites. Start up PeZBOT server on the host. Start up PeZBOT on the client, and go to your favorites. Join the server you added to favorites earlier.
