Executive Briefing:

Are you ready for flexible working?

What does flexible working mean for organisations and the design of their offices?
Flexible worker, smart worker, agile worker. All jargon for describing work philosophies challenging the necessity of the traditional office-based 9 to 5. Whichever buzzword you prefer, it is clear that the nature of workplaces is
changing. If your business is moving towards this more flexible configuration, what are the issues management will confront within their workforce and the design of the office environment you provide? If you are already engaged, how can you ensure that you get the best out of your teams? In the first of a series of seminars on the future of the workplace Saint-Gobain Ecophon is pleased to present an evening that frames this critical discussion, with presentations sure to be thought provoking and inspiring. For this invitation only event, three leading experts in their fields have been brought together to discuss and share insights on the sometimes conflicting demands we will face as we create the next generation of organisations and the offices that support them.
