Nursing implications >Instruct client to take drugs as prescribed. >Instruct client to report black tarry stools, fever, prolonged sore throat, colds, worsening of the disorder for which the drug is being taken.

Significance >Is used alone or with other medications to treat the symptoms of low corticosteroid levels (lack of certain substances that are usually produce by the body and are needed for normal body functioning).It works to treat other conditions by reducing swelling and redness and by changing the way the immune system works. >Is used to reduced the symptoms of intermittent claudication (pain in the legs that worsens when walking an improves when resting that is caused by narrowing of the blood vessels that supply blood to the legs).cilostazole is in a class of medications called plateletaggregation inhibitors (antiplatelet medications).It works by improving blood flow to the legs.
