Strict adherence to safety requirements at all times. The Risk Register is updated as and when possible, we are working on improving the updating process. Projects are all being monitor closely but runs late due to delays. I am monitoring the project margin and will work on improving it. I will need training on the PEP to understand the requirements. My relationship with clients is good with frequent interaction sessions to determine customers requirements. There are weekly meetings conducted currently with frequent communications with the Team. I am working on the reports for submission but runs late occasionally due to some details necessary from site which was delayed. Guide

Good display of safety observations and leading the Team with clear observations of JSEAs requirements. There must be constant updates on the Risk Register which appears to be falling back from lack of updates, the Register for rework will need to be in place asap. More up close follow ups will need to be in place for monitoring. The project margin appears to be marginal and it will be good to review and push for possible better margin on the project. We can arrange a training for PEP and put reference materials in place. Established good client relationship. It will also be good to polish up the social functions skills to better interact with potential future project leads. Will need to work on the staff performance reviews which could be informal but evidence, the personal development will need to be in place to ensure people development for well performers. To ensure recordings are updated regularly to ensure more timely submission of reports.
