When you get the green card back, you should get a cleaned up report within a few days. 4. If not, can take to small claims court as a suit for performance for nonmonetary judgement, then send copy of this judgement to credit agencys demanding entries be removed. Can roll all three agencies or any that did not clear the report into this suit.
