In part one, we discovered that Zara always provide a larger shopping area which enable women to comfortably walk around in-store, the clear layout helps Zara to create their professional image at the top of mid-market. As sweater is an item that easily distorted by hanger, so it should be folded on the buildups, like geometric riser or saddles which sometimes have multi-levels, rather hang on the rack. In planning store layout, the main skill is to locate the focal point. Sweater cannot always be the focal point of the shop window, especially in winter. Coats, jackets and dresses are always dressed on the mannequins, therefore, the best way is to put sweaters in the forefront of the entrance, according to Martin M.Pegler(2007), this is the area where get very heavy traffic and called 100-percent traffic area.(M.Pegler 2007, p.84) After the look of shop window, customer can locate the sweaters that near the entrance immediately. Mannequins reflects the image of customer, the abstract mannequin with simple and egg shaped head with little or no facial expression are used in Zara. Their arm and legs are somehow longer and thinner which make the figure more graceful. They are a kind of hanger that displays the garment dimensionally; therefore, it is good to display the new silhouette of sweat coat and showing the total look of Zara. As a result, fine knit cardigans and sweaters will be placed on the table and the bulky sweaters or coats will be hand on the rack with woven items.
