Show Rules & Information

We don’t care what you wear! Let’s face it, if you’re entered in an English class, you should look the part and be wearing
appropriate boots, breeches, and helmet and if you’re in a western class, you should indeed be in a western saddle and be wearing a
long sleeve shirt with a collar, jeans, boots, and your horse should probably be in a curb bit. Do the best you can, but don’t let little
things like horse & human clothing keep you from joining the show.

Remember, it’s all about fun!

ASTM/SEI approved helmets are required for all persons 17 years & under whether riding, driving or riding as a passenger in any
horse drawn vehicle. ASTM/SEI approved safety helmets are encouraged in all riding classes, including Western.
Training aids (martingales, side reins, tie-downs, etc.) are strongly discouraged in the arena.
Any actions against a horse by a competitor or an exhibitor, which are deemed excessive by the judge, steward, or other show official,
in the show ring or anywhere on the grounds may be punished by official warning or elimination from the class and or show. The
show judge may excuse from any class any entry deemed unfit, lame, unsound, unmanageable, etc.

Any decision made by the Judge is final!

Stalls are available at $25 per night; one bag shavings provided, additional bags of shavings are available for purchase for $9.
Please send stall fees with entry.
Camping is available on the grounds at the cost of $20 per night with no hookups. Please send camping fees with entry.
Farrier, David Bonine, on grounds during show.
Show photography will be provided by Kristin Wolter.
Food and drink will be available for purchase on the grounds during the show.

Cross Entry: Entry in Class 4 (English Walk/Trot) and Class 9 (Western Walk/Jog) is open to everyone, but those also entering other
classes that include cantering/loping may only enter for warmup / schooling and will not be judged.
* Classes 15 & 16 are fun classes open to everyone. Riding or leading, we hope all our competitors are part of these fundraising
classes made to educate and entertain our audience. Green is OK!
